New production facility under construction

BRG Defence is building a new production facility designed to consolidate every step of firearm manufacture — from raw alloy intake to test fire — under a single roof.

Inside the new facility

• Multi-axis CNC machining cells for slides, frames and barrels
• In-house hot forging for service-grade steel components
• Quality control laboratory with metrology, hardness testing and CMM
• Indoor test-fire range for end-of-line acceptance testing
• Dedicated polymer injection bay for frames and accessory parts

The new floor plan is designed for traceability — every component carries a serial path back to its alloy lot, heat treatment cycle and final test record. This same traceability discipline underpins the company's ISO 9001:2015 certification and NATO AQAP supply-chain compliance.

A similar modern operation is planned in the United States to support Calibrex Arms' distribution network and reduce shipping lead-times for institutional customers.
