Frequently Asked Questions

Am I legally allowed to purchase a firearm?

It is your responsibility to verify all local, state, and federal laws before attempting to purchase a firearm. All firearms must be shipped through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, who will conduct the required background checks before allowing you to take possession of the firearm.

Can a firearm be directly shipped to my home?

No. All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. In most cases, this will be your local gun store. They may charge a small fee for a firearms transfer. This fee is your responsibility, and is not included as part of your order with us. Before placing your order, please contact your local gun store and request a copy of their FFL to send to us. Your order will not be shipped until the FFL has been received -- and it must be shipped to the FFL holder.

Can ammunition be shipped directly to my home?

This can vary state by state. We cannot ship ammunition to Hawaii or Alaska. For those living in the states of Connecticut, Illinois, and New Jersey, ammunition can be shipped directly to your home, but you are required to send us a copy of your documentation allowing that purchase. The shipment must be sent to an address on your documentation.

For the states of California, Massachusetts, New York, and the District of Columbia, ammunition must be shipped through an Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.  In most cases, this will be your local gun store. They may charge a small fee for an ammunition transfer. This fee is your responsibility, and is not included as part of your order with us. Before placing your order, please contact your local gun store and request a copy of their FFL to send to us. Your order will not be shipped until  a copy of the FFL has been received. The FFL holder may charge additional fees to complete the transaction.

For all other states, ammunition can be shipped directly to your home.

I am not purchasing a firearm or ammunition. Can this order be shipped directly to my home?

Yes. So long as you are not located in a state that has restrictions on magazine capacity (and you are purchasing a magazine), products other than firearms and ammunition can be shipped directly to your home. For those living in a state with a restriction on magazine capacity (CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VT), please see below.

My purchase contains both a firearm and ammunition. Can these be shipped together?

No. We cannot legally ship a firearm and ammunition in the same package. If you are purchasing both a firearm and ammunition, they must be shipped separately.

I am under the age of 21. Can I purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition?

No. Federal law restricts the purchase of handguns and handgun ammunition to those 21 years of age and older.

My state has restrictions on magazine capacity. What happens if I buy your gun?

If your state has a restriction on magazine capacity, we cannot ship the standard 16 round magazine to you. You can still purchase the firearm, but it will come without the magazine, and you will need to make a separate purchase for a magazine that is legal in your state.

Is the BRG Elite 9mm capable of handling 9mm +P ammunition?

The manufacturer’s recommendation is to use standard pressure ammunition.  While the gun has been lab-tested to withstand proof loads, +P ammunition takes a heavy toll on the firearm when fired routinely and can wear out the firearm prematurely.
